Google does not trusts new domains that easily but a domain with 70% authority is a pretty old domain ?

I don't know much about the domain authority facts, anybody to clear my thoughts up?

If you are looking to sell this domain, I would recommend you to first get the domain well known on search engine. If you can create an effective site that can drive thousands of people to this domain, than it can be worth something, but for know, I don't think that you are going to get anything out of it.

It probably will help in rankings and SEO, given the domain age, authority and PR.

But how much it would be worth, depends on a lot of other factors like how many websites are currently pointing to the domain, whether it's getting any existing traffic from previous traffic sources, etc.

  Age and PR are kind of like breasts.. I mean yeah sure every one loves 36d but the truth is it doesn't matter when it comes down to it. If you want to make a big deal about it, then it is a big deal to you but odds are only you. I have a site I just started this year with a rock solid PR 0 at the moment and it gets 700 visitors a day and has a strong alexa ranking. This allows me to sell ads to companies, no one asks about my PR or domain age.

  It all depends on what niche your in, If those are 650 targeted traffic per month in a profitable niche it's worth a lot more $$ than random traffic.
  
  Example, If that traffic is homeowners (insurance, home repair services, etc...), it's worth a lot more than teenagers watching Youtube videos.
  
  If you can buy direct targeted traffic it's one less link the traffic has to click to make a sale.

2 years ago, I replaced a 2 PR domain with 4 PR domain. There was no major difference in the rankings. Can't say anything about the worth of PR 6 domain.

Surely it will help in SEO, Search engines like aged authority domains, As far as money is concern i believe it $500 would be fairly good price but it again depends upon domain history (whether it has been ever penalized or not)

It could be worth a lot of it's in a "hot niche" and those 1900 backlinks are "quality" backlinks. 1900 backlinks is not a lot as for quantity, especially for the age of the domain. As it stands, it will depend on the quality of the backlinks to determine the true value. Understand that PR alone is not that important. Only if all else is equal to another site, the more authority site wins. A website no PR could hands down beat any authority site if it has more quality backlinks.
