Do you know a WP SEO Plugin that can build custom (my own meta) meta tags (keywords & description) for posts?

I need that plugin
If you know that or similar that just say to me

dear friends
sites have meta description and keywords
the site meta and posts meta are same
but i want my self meta for posts
i don't want site meta for my posts

Wordpress SEO from Yoast allows you to set meta descriptions and keywords (and lots of other things) on a per-post basis.

i want to remove my site meta in posts
and using different meta for posts(my own when i'm posting in dashboard or other way that you think is better)

You can set your individual meta descriptions for each post with All-In-One SEO. Once installed you'll find the fields for adding meta data below each post.
