Hi,

Recently I got to work on a software site and I thought of creating and submitting PAD files would be a good idea to gain some backlinks for the site.

Firstly I would like to know does PAD File submission still works? and if yes can anybody here tell me a good reliable tool to create PAD file and any resources / list of sites where i can submit these files.

I tried searching net but was not able to find a good tool.
If you have any real experience, please do share.

    I have used it in the past. Its no longer working to rank sites (I wish it was) I got one client ranked in over 50 terms using the method about 1 month before it stopped working.

    PAD files are an easy way to get listed on download sites but the backlinks don't carry much link juice.
