Do you think that this theme is making high CTR for your adsense site? I bought this theme for 87 USD, so far my earning is less than 10 USD, what do you think about this theme?

There are many option in CTR theme can I know which layout you all use to get the highest CTR?

Is this theme really making money? What ads link color should I put? Should I put a navigation bar above the fold?

  • 2 Niche Websites with CTR Theme, and It's only 10:24 AM. I'm pulling about 15 - 16% CTR on each, with a CPC of $0.50 or so on each. I hate how you never know what a keyword will actually pay until you use it haha.
Anyways, make sure you set all ads, except for the pushdown ads, and you should be golden. Maybe your traffic isn't targeted? PM Me And I can probably help.

This is the CTR theme 1.5.1, what should I do to increase CTR or earnings?

  • I respect everyones work, so also the owner and the inventor of the CTR theme. But, doesn't matter which theme I put (and believe me, I tried everything: CTR theme, Prosense, Heatmap etc.) I never gain a CTR higher than 3 %. So I think this so called "high CTR" themes are b...sh.t . Never any of those themes worked for me.

    • Theme alone does not make a high CTR. Let me repeat that again. Theme alone does not produce high CTRs. There are many elements in place that come together to produce your CTR such as this Ad Placement (you control), Ad Unit Size (you control), Ad Text Font and Color (you control), Actual Ad content / Text and Images (You do NOT control), Ad relevance to site traffic (you do not directly control but you can manipulate this in your favor to some extent), Page color / ad color relationship (you control), Site Theme (you control), Site Layout / Look and Feel (you control), Site Link Color (you control) and Intent of Site Traffic (you do not directly control but you can do your best to choose the right kind of keywords)

Inventor of CTR Theme!? Since you are the inventor any tips on this theme that will boost my CTR like what kind of layout. Big, medium, small adsense ads font.

Verdana or arial adsense ads font.
  • CTR theme is one of the junk that i will recommend not to use. It have may features like ad rotation or best ads placements but due to it your adsense account can be vulnerable for ban.

You cant get much result for a single site tough CTR will be great but CPC will eventually fall down due to high CTR so earning wont sky rocket. Beside this it makes the site look awful due to such big ads above the fold.

I am getting the same CTR with thesis. Customized thesis beats everything when it comes to on page factors and ad placements and conversions.

Ad rotation works? Ad rotation I doubt it works too, but many pros mentioned that it creates ad blindness for the user and cause them to click on the ads.

I have tested this theme for a long time, this theme looks ugly for a purpose, to deter non-targeted visitors and more targeted visitors that are interested in your content. Therefore, you may see a low number of visitors to your website.

Thesis? Thesis theme is also used by jaybox who has 3~20% CTR. Are you getting the same CTR as thesis? CTR theme or thesis theme is better for CTR??

Any tips are welcome! CTR theme is a myth on 30% CTR, let's reveal it.
  • Of course it is a myth, I personally doubt that anyone can get CTR higher than 10 %, doesn't matter what the theme is.
It is a letter E. Avoid small adense units, use 336x280 or 300x250, and make sure it is set image AND text ads. In this way you make sure that adsense unit always show best paying ads. Next, you can put any kind of font on adsense text ads if that font is the same as your website font. I tend to use Verdana. Next, set ad title in the same color as link color of your website, and set ad text color slightly darker than text color on your website. Url color of the adsense unit set to ffffff, or 0000ff .Set the font size of adsense unit slightly bigger thn text size on your website.
Wait a week and see if there is any improvements.

    • My CTR Is Around 15%..

And Warock, I'm making around $150 / Day with Two Niche sites, just put up quality content, and drive more traffic. Even with a 1% CTR if you have a lot of Visitors, you'll be making money.

How about you do some testing?

Trust me when I say no two sites/traffic are the same, the only way you'll ever know what works is from doing your own test on your own sites & keeping track of what works for you. Changing a theme/layout once or twice a week isn't testing (edit: unless you have massive traffic to test).

  • Does it have any harms since Google is now getting strictly on websites with lots of ads

    • Yes but when I use CTR Theme I only put three ads not more then that I don't think it goes against google TOS beside I have more then 25 800-1000 unique Killer Content Articles on it to provide useful information on my visitor so they will keep coming back I also intereact with my blog visitor beside I still keep adding new article on it every 2-3 days
  • Btw I order my articles from iwriter their premium/elite writer is almost the same rank as textbroker writer but their price is much cheaper for 1000 word it's only cost $18.50 while textbroker $67 but you can also find high quality writer on fiverr but they do tend failed to delivers it on times sometimes don't deliver at all

I heard 3 ads will reduce your CTR? sHOULD i PUT 2 or 3 ads?
  • Is that your site? I have CTR theme too, but just recently. I've certainly had a lot more views in a few days, but still waiting for the clicks.

I'm pretty confident with time the Clicks will come. I've also seen a dip in the Bounce rate and improvement with other analytic metrics. Really I'd need a few weeks to have a more accurate assessment.

What I want to know is how effective the built in SEO features are. I've read conflicting comments. It would seem like using the simple built in SEO would make sense, or else you really defeat the purpose of the themes strength, which is speed, simplicity and Clicks through layout rotation. I'm going to try without All in One SEO and WP plugins initially.
