Amazon Plugin - Help Needed

I am trying to locate an Amazon plug-in that i am certain i have seen on here that basically gives the viewer the option to do the following when they land on your site.

It has 3 features in a horizontal layout as follows,

1. You select keywords
2. Then there is a drop-down box to select category in Amazon
3. Thirdly, there is another drop-down box to select the discount % they want.

Any help locating the WSO for the plug-in would be greatly appreciated.
