Sometimes I wonder if people actually think for a moment before they press submit. How do you expect anyone to answer that question? Sure go buy it.. btw whats the price again?

yes but some sites have fake pr8, for example this website have pr8 homepage and pr n/a all posts, also the posts from june.

  By the way, that is a sure sign that it is fake. No way in the world a PR 8 domain would have all PR n/a internal pages.

If they are selling blogroll links, it is a fake PR 8.

  Actualy, buying backlinks (the right kind) still works really well. I just moved a site up 8 positions this week buying backlinks for it.
