Hi warriors,

90% of my adsense sites where hit with the update but the ones that werent are still on the first page. Now I was going to put my adsense sites on the side for now since its not my main source of income online. But its worth still playing around with and try to build them up again in rank. So here is my problem the sites that we're in the top 3 are now like number 7-8 on the first page. I notice the sitrs that are out ranking mine are not EMD and the keyword is not in the title or description.

Should I re-write all the content with maybe adding 1% keyword density in the content? Plus not adding it to the title etc. ?? Right now each keyword has a density of 2-3% and can be found in the ttle and tags etc.

Any advice to bring them back to the top 3????

    You need better backlinks, that's it. Google EMD update was simply devaluing the "benefit" that the EMD's once had. Meaning if all things equal an EMD back in the day would be one or two spots ahead. Now that benefit has been greatly reduced.

    Build high quality backlinks (high pagerank), and sit back and watch the rankings come back. My EMDs with quality backlinks still rank, those that never really had any dropped like yours. Now that Im building links to the ones that didn't have them I'm seeing momentum back to the top.

    If you are going to do backlinks...

    Remember that far less links will do now directly to a site for upward movement. Don't get a boatload all at once directly to your sites. A few high PR/Authority links are better. If you hit your sites directly with a lot of backlinks you will probably get a penalty.

    I suggest you use a buffer site(s) to build some backlinks to each site, which will then pass on link juice to your site. That way the link juice will build but you won't see your site dancing around so much for a few weeks as it all gets tallied and google decides where to place your site.

    Try not to focus on the EMD keywords, change the title, focus on other keywords (variate it), update your sites with new content, make sure all of the contents are quality, if it don't have social networking accounts register and put it on your site, make your niche site looks like a real blog. Wait for 2 weeks to 1 month. If it will not back on first page or top then just forget it.

    Regards,

    Ronnie

    Less is more. I sold all EMD sites that I don't have time to manage, and focus on a few that I could improve. Within a few weeks of doing these changes, my few EMDs are back on top 3.

    -> Remove Adsense
    -> Remove Google Analytics
    -> Remove all existing contents
    -> Hire US college educated writers to write 1000-word posts.
    -> Remove bad backlinks
    -> Add contextual niche backlinks
