I have also heard about the update but didn't notice any changes in my ranking and my website's traffic. waiting anyone's reply with this Panda 21 effect.

I don't think any updates have happened on Google panda today. The traffic are as usual and nothing serious changes in place..

It was 1.1% of English-language queries in US; 0.4% worldwide.

My website dropped today from position 16 to position 34 so it must be a Panda update.

Panda and penguin are countinuously update from feb 2012. In this period lots of website that are stable on first position has gone from search engine and many new websites have that positions.

There is no changes in my sites ranking if it was updated.
