    you see where from this offer is, it probably from India, Bangladesh or Pakistan. You may get google number one with 200 dollars, due to devaluation of their curruncy.

    Those guys are 100% scammers.

    Anyone who wants a set amount of money to get you ranked #1 is a scammer.

    No one can control Google and no one can get #1 for every keyword.

      I have to agree with you through experience. I'm not saying every Seo reseller is the same because I have not dealt with everyone of them but these guys certainly are: seo repository. I bought one of their reseller packages a while ago. It was one of the worst decisions I made.

    if its manual then i cna go for that offer. but if he uses any kind of tools then I think that can hurt your site's rank. So for the long run manual SEO is better.
