Please warriors,
I am so confused about a niche I discovered online.The search volume for that niche monthly is 900.It has about 22advertisers when I search on spyfu,meaning I can use google adsense to monetize and even amazon products.The domain name combination is even available,but I haven't accessed it using Google's own tool using the search quotes"".

Please,is this a good niche to pursue?

    Is that Local Exact Match searches? 900 seems a little low.. At Rank 1 you should get around 450 a month. It's okay, but not great.

      When creating a website never rely on just one keyword for your source of traffic. That would usually mean a pretty thin site in itself.

      Create a website that targets many many keywords, this way you can get more than the "450" you might get at #1 for that specific keyword.

    Look for at least 7 keywords that are pertinent to the one you found or like, see what the total is for those keywords, are they phrases people type in when they want to purchase or looking for more information? More information might be good for Adsense while purchase words might be good for Amazon or Clickbank (depending upon the niche).

    You might also have some pages with Adsense and others with products depending upon the types of keywords where the visitor is landing.

    It would be great if you could have a total number of searches that is over 1500 to spend time and energy building it.
