Poor content? Google Penalties

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if my content is poorly written? My site used to have top rankings on Google but after I changed it to a wordpress layout and added new content I was severely penalized. It is original content and I am trying to figure out if it has any value. The site is etravelmaine.com.

If I move my content to maine-vacation.com (a domain name I own) will a google penalty follow me? I would obviously take down the etravelmaine.com site before moving the content.

    You moved the site to Wordpress, but did you keep the internal/external links intact or at the very least 301 redirect the external links?

    If you broke all your links/URLs when switching over to WP, that's not a penalty.
  • Wow it looks like your backlinks are on a sharp decline i would really look into your over all back link averages. google looks at the back link algorithym really sharp now. too many too few or too fast. really look at that i see a major fast decline.
