What are you using TweetAdder for?

Hey guys just a quick one, I bought TweetAdder a couple of months ago and have had a decent amount of time to experiment with it.
I first tried using it to send traffic directly to offers/affiliate pages, broke even for the software but not gained much else from it. I'm now using the software simply to help grow lists on my long term projects rather than using it to hard sell to people, as it's commonly known that directly promoting on twitter has limited results.
I'm simply interested in anybody elses uses for this software and your results?
