Hi Warriors

From last 5 months 1 of my keyword which rank top 3 in Google, suddenly goes out of top 1000 and after a week so it again come back to same position i am not doing any off page activity for it now . As i know it is not a Google dance. so anyone can plz suggest me how can it stop and what is exactly reason behind it.

  • Perhaps some quality links have removed of that keyword so it could be a reason.Anyway,this is a good news as your keyword is back on same position.I would suggest you to keep continue quality seo work and don't make all backlinks on same keyword.Use your branded keywords and website urls in your link building too.

      but the problem is not solved yet it happening same within the months about 2 week my keyword remain out of 1000.

  • A) Your ranking tracker is going wild - it happens often

    B) Someone else is blasting your site

    C) You are losing backlinks - deindexing etc

    • you may be right but if some one is doing negative against my site so it will effect whole site and secondly my keyword again retain it same position.?
  • It could be a million different things. One thing people never really realize is that constantly checking your rankings (especially 1000 results every time) can get you penalized, as this is against Google's TOS. The best tool for checking rankings is SEO Powersuite's Rank Tracker, which has a LOT of search safety features.

    But as I said, this is only ONE of about a million possible answers to your question.
  • Is it happened often ? Now which position in your keyword. Have you check your webmaster has any error there..?

  • Please check your website carefully, I am pretty sure that there would be something missing out there, that s why its resulting like this.
