That's my goal. If I have a relatively well converting setup, how many daily unique visitors am I going to need to make around this much?

even 1000 pv also can fulfill your dream but earnings depends on type of your website niche and ads placement.

No one can answer that question and anyone who tries.. is full of it or simply put a SEO Expert. The truth and fact is you never know what the CPC is going to be day to day or week to week because of the simple nature of this business and how pricing is figured out. What may earn you up to $100/day this month could start to see a steady decrease in the future as well and the odds of returning to past glory is very slim.

They say 1000 UV/day, whatever those users aren't that interested? What if they don't feel the need nor desire to click? Anyway, Good luck

Thanks. Yeah, I'm more after a ballpark than anything. I know some people can have 50,000 PV a day and earn nothing, simply to do with the arrangement of ads and appeal and whatnot. I'm saying if I have a decent CTR, what would be a reasonable amount.

Thanks for your response and to everyone else also.

Depends on how good you 'hide' your ads. I've fallen for the "Download Now" trick more than a hundred times already.

If I see Adsense ads all over a page, I tend to hit the back button and go to the next page. But if you can make your ads blend in, then you'll make a lot more money.

As for amount of visitors, well, that's hard to say. It really depends on what I've just explained to you.

There is no round ball park number because the number changes just based on one hugely unknown fact, How much an ad pays you? Think about it, if ads paid 5 cents.. it will take a different number of clicks to get to 100/day then if ads paid 1 dollar. I hope you can see where this logic makes your question lack common sense. We all go through this moment though, if this happens how much or how many to get how much. The truth of the matter is who cares and you won't know until you do it, no one can even guess. If everyone could make 100/day doing Adsense then it would be a lot different but you will find that is a very difficult number to hit when starting out.

You might find what I found out, adsense for my niche sucks. This is why my goal has never been about adsense money per day it has always been about traffic.

I got to about $40 a day but I flew too close to the sun and the Panda destroyed my niche sites.

I don't think $100 a day can be done, not if you're a newbie and just building standard niche sites.

    Your goal $100/day with Adsense.

    Assumption:
$0.2 paid per click - this is general average.
CTR (conversion through rate) average is 3% if your ad is on good position of your site.

    Let do the math.

    $100/$0.2 = 500 clicks

500 clicks divided by the CTR 3% = 16,666 visitors

So you need 17,000 visitors/day to reach your goal.

$100 a day from adsense huh. Yeah there are fifty thousand posts on here about this topic already, and making adsense income is legit, but super difficult to get rolling. If you're new at adsense and are just throwing that number out there, then you need to understand what it's gonna take to make that kind of money.

If you have a bunch (30) niche sites out there all getting traffic and having those visitors click on adsense ads, then that is one way. So essentially if each one of those sites averages $3 a day, then you can hit that $100/day goal.

Or you could set up 1 big site that makes that much, although authority sites like this take more time and are difficult to rank quickly. Then of course all your income is tied to 1 blog, and it's also under the mercy and whim of google, not a good place to be in or a reassuring business.

There are better and easier ways to make $100 a day my friend than adsense, but hey go for it if that's what you want.

The earnings are not always constant. During last T20 Cricket World Cup, I made 165$ a day and the visits were around 22000. The day when Pakistan played with India, I got above 30K visitors but the earnings were less than 100$. It depends on the type and value of ads displayed and the visitor geographic location also counts. So it keeps changing. Sometimes, less than 1000 visitors can bless you with 100$ if the PPC gets high enough.

If its a blog, you're better off doing sponsored posts, believe me. In my experience Adsense just doesn't work for blogs - or maybe its my niche. 17,000 visitors a day - that's a huge amount of work to get $100.

Just build. Keep building. Don't stop. Think of it like opening a new donut shop. No one will show up cause they don't know about it. You spent money. A lot of money. You get discourage. Oh wait, you get more customers. Nice. What did you do? Perhaps you changed the flavor, added different types of donuts (similar to new content/more sites/etc). Now you're motivated. Now you want more customers (more traffic), what do you do? Expand your business? How? Hire a marketing team, social media, get your name out, backlinks, press release etc. Oh no, a storm destroys your donut shop. Similar to the Google Algorithm destroying your websites. You cry. You want to die. But then some brilliant idea pops in your head. And you just keep grinding away...Sooner or later, you will receive that "$100" a day. Stop focusing on the numbers .Just do it. Nike made it simple. "JUST DO IT."

The figures your being quoted OP, are somewhere around the mark; if,or,and your ctr and cpc match those hypotheticals you'll reach your daily goal. You can do much worse or much better than that depending on your niche and what is being served up to you by g.

      If your cpc avg. value was $0.50 x 500 clicks = $250

And if you go on avg. ~ 1000 pv worth $1.00 you'll want 100,000 for $100.

You said you know someone with 50,000 pv's per day earning nothing. He should be earning if he is monetized, what sort of site is he running?

That was just an example I made up of how traffic can be redundant if your ads are performing poorly.

There is no easy formula for $100 days.
It really all varies depending on CPC, number of clicks on your site, and so on.

You can begin to see what your CTR is, and then try to optimize is by testing placements/content/etc... then when you begin to see some sort of consistency moving on to other things like figuring out traffic and how much of it you need.

It is possible. I regularly get that from just one of my sites. Sometimes more, sometimes slightly less. As for replicating, the answer has already been given, publish what people are looking for, get backlinks, use social media and try and increase your traffic. You'll soon see as the traffic increases so will your income.
