SEO toolbar advice

My SEO quake toolbar suddenly stopped working about a week ago. Have reloaded it but although the toolbar is there now its showing ? for all the data on sites - eg PR on BC homepage should be 6 and is ? Any ideas how to fix this?

    Uninstall and delete it. Then install it again then check if it's already working. Mine works but If you only looking for PR and Alexa I suggest you may use searchstatus.
