Hahahahaha! Maybe give it 2 more hours. Usually after adding a signature link, it takes 7 hours, not 5.

You have a valid point but I have noticed that signatures on Forums that are PR8 do have significant impact on SERPs even if they are not related to one's niche. For some reason Warrior posts do show in SERPs but signature on Warrior seem to make no difference in either PR, SERPs or traffic.

As an experiment I posted one of my moribund site in my signature on a Technology forum and in two weeks that site's hits doubled and get increasing. I then removed the site from the forum and within two months the site was back to its original traffic and this traffic was coming from Google and not from users of that site.
