Try Article Builder or Instant Content Robot.

We are not using any article writing software. Without man writing remaining are not looking realistic

I don't think there is a software for articles. You need to write it on your own.

yes.. I use a software that's extremely useful to me (nothing to do with spinner software).

I highly recommend Web Content Studio. It's a little pricey, but it's totally worth it. Best of its kind.
