How to recover the keyword from dropping position?

  • It depends, you should probably start looking at your onpage SEO and then your offpage SEO.
  • Do a better SEO than your competitor does. Update content frequently and make Google crawl your site frequently.
  • Build links as much as you can to increase ranking over search engines.
  • Start with onpage as mentioned above and firstly make sure the keyword is not over optimized in the page, then analyze your backlinks to ensure it is not too high and start varying anchor text on links that should help but a full look at the site would help give more information
