I have a local roofing site that dropped from number 6 to number 22. I am trying to analyze what may have caused my drop. I would like to take all the links that Google Webmaster Tools has listed for the ite and retreive the anchor text that is associated with it to see what sort of anchor text diversity Google is seeing. If there is way too much keyword or company name I would then begin building as many high pr links with a ratio of 40% brand, 40% generic and 20% keyword. I will also look to see if there are any other problems on page/on site which may be contributing to the drop.

Am I taking the right approach? If so how do I get the anchor text for all the Webmaster tools links to my site without pulling up all 600+ pages one at a time to see what anchor text was used?
