Hi,
I own two websites pr 5/6, a lot of articles. Unfortunately my seo company has used BMR and other blog networks, which is hurting my website now, Every time after panda update a lost almost 30% of my traffic, then my websites recovers it in 2-3 months. And then another Update damn, This happens after every 3-4 months from last Oct-nov.
Do you guys guideme on how can i remove BMR links and link wheels bulkly. And let me know if any of you is providing a affordable service for this.

Thank you

You can do it yourself with the Google Disavow tool, no need to outsource that.

Afterwards you can file for a reinclusion, perhaps it isn't a manual penalty but just loss of link juice, either way it's a good way to find out I think.

Like stated above. Use the disavow tool. You have to be careful though. Go through all your links and disavow the obvious spammy ones and submit a reconsideration request.

Also, continue building quality links to your site.

I have several websites that face the same issues and after reserecting them 2-3 times I folded the tent and created new domains and updated most of the content.

No re-directs, no direct relationship with old sites at all. So far this has been the only way to not get hit again and again. But I've also heard from others that it's getting damn difficult to hold rankings in general so I'm not out of the woods yet.

I'm also minimizing both onsite and offsite SEO too. Staying with mostly social links and a few of my own high PR sites.
