Step by Step - Adwords/Bing Pump and Dump

Hey guys!
I was wondering if anyone can point me into the right direction on how to run the Pump and Dump campaigns for Adwords and Bing/Yahoo!
I know that the Adwords requires u pay $25 for each voucher. Which I dont mind.
But I have to teach someone on how to purchase vouchers + Setup Campaign + Launch + Report these to me weekly.
Ive probably done about 10-20 last year but i know things have changed.
I know how to setup/optimize the campaign, however getting the VPS and what to do exactly with that to avoid and IP conflicts, i am not sure exactly how to do that. I am tech savvy so once i understand it, passing it forward shouldnt be an issue. Any links to other threads ( ive checked some forums) or anything in a nutshell would be great!
