Straight to the point. I organizing a website, I was ordered to applied AdSense for this site several months ago and it gets approved by AdSense. But because there some changes, I haven't put the Ad banner (so basically it still in preview state for a long).Today, I had another order to make different Adsense's account. So, I decided to disabled the old account and make a new one. I apply Adsense for the same site with the new google account I made yesterday. Several hours waiting, I got replied by google, they rejected my application.
Is anyone can explain what happen, why google rejected my application? How to re-submit my site after getting rejected?
if you want to see the website, it's www.kliktoday.com

I really hope the kindness of AdSense Pros will help me solve this issue.

That's a nice looking theme, I guess your running a site sort of like Groupon, maybe that's one of the problems?

The other problem is you can only have a single Adsense account, maybe the 2nd account from the same IP triggered the denial?

Your not one of those guys creating Adsense accounts for other people are you?

Its just an opinion, Maybe they didn't approve your site because its an online shopping website or they didn't find enough content on it. I suggest you to add more contents to your site and re-submit it again after one month.

Did the rejection letter cite not complying with their policies or not enough content? Example: "After reviewing your application, our specialists have found that it does not meet our program criteria", etc...

Google is friendly to blogger folks and I'd suggest creating a blog in a non-commercial format to start the account application. If you have some cached pages in the SERPs you should apply.

I believe domain name age can affect the outcome as well! I was able to get my wife to have an approved adsence account with the Blogger.com platform and we simply waited a day! She then added high cost mortgage ads from adsense and made some serious commission! The blog was about dealing with shifty banks who bully mortgage owner and we then started a domain name and started shifting over traffice via links.

Sometimes it's hit or miss, but your site looks real commercial and without enough articles or content to offer what Google calls value to the ad purchasers.

Yes, my site is similar like groupon but different several ways. I was once made Google Adsense account about four or five months ago. Adsense approved my site that time, but I havent put the display ads until now because several problems and nope, i'm not creating Adsense accounts for other people.

Well, that kinda true. But, why Adsense approved my site before and rejected the site now. They could rejected the first time I apply the account. The site also have blogs = blog.kliktoday.com, is it counted as content on same domain?

Your privacy policy page isn't properly formatted and it's in Indonesian. You should deliver a proper and clear privacy policy regarding adsense. This info should be easily accessible on your site - Required content - AdSense Help .
Also take a look at this sample privacy policy page- Google AdSense Privacy Policy | Welcome Home Blog

If you used the same personal details on the second account that could be one of the reasons, having multiple accounts is against TOS and that's why they rejected it.

The same IP address for the different accounts might be the problem. Do you have adsense on any other sites?
