another way is searching google for competing sites, and then check out their meta keywords, meta description. this would give you an idea what other people are targeting.

I am a MAC user as well. Well there a WSO here that sells a nice keyword tool that i myself is using called Keyword Blaze Pro.

Benefit

-Hardly any downtime, as they are using SEOmoz data rather than google data, so you wont have much google blocking ip address issue.

-Robot mode
Not sure what other keyword to use? Type in a seed keyword, and it will help you find all related searches for that paticular keyword. You can set it for 5min, 10min and 20min. You can do other stuff and by the time you come back, your keyword is ready for you to analyze.

Support is amazing. I have been their customer for many years, and their support although sometimes can be slow, but they always respond to you within a week.
That the longest i have to wait for them to respond.

I really like it, cheaper than market samurai too.
