How to Fix Price To Sell My Top Ranking Hubpage

Hi,

I am having a Google Ist page ranking hub page ( ranks for almost all keywords & ranks above wikipedia for some keywords ) ,ranking for a men niche keywords - get 400-600 targeted traffic per day .It was easily making 1-3 sales getting $ 20 - $ 80 per day ( but i am forced to remove landing page links due to hubpages didn't allow ) .I am planning to give this hub page to the vendor of that product itself . How to Fix Price .
How to sell this - What is the procedure to do it .

    The vendor of the product would be an idiot to pay a one dime.

    It probably violates TOS of hubpages, unlike squidoo, which has
    a very straightforward way of buying, selling, and transferring
    lenses. With hub, you would be basically selling access to your
    account.

      I don't think so , he can find ways to monetize it with his product.

      There are more than one vendor on that Niche -
      One Vendor has approached me & he is ready to buy - I don't know how much to ask
