Good website builder for SEO?

Hey guys,

Do any of you have a recommendation for a good website builder that maximises SEO? Ive heard good things about Weebly, the problem is that it doesn't 1) have an opt-in form function, 2) it's not very versatile so that means that I can't make any changes to the website build should I want additional functions.

I've also heard that wordpress.org keeps articles in silos, which doesn't maximise SEO potential.

Thanks in advance!
Joshua

Try Notepad++ (free), I use that with the Notepad++ Explorer plugin.

Notepad++ makes the code a lot easier to read (nesting, color highlighting, line numbers, etc...).

I've got JUST what you need! I just installed this on this 4 domains this morning - PC Free Calls Here's what I was thinking about doing. I don't have time to figure out how to configure everything to make it work right.... I know it looks ugly right now but the back-end will blow you away - it's got everything GEO - SEO you can think of.

MY IDEA: Install it on 5 domains and turn it into a contest for 5 Warriors to see which one makes the most money in 3 th 6 months. NO money needed..NOTHING to buy or pay for. . The Winner gets to KEEP the winning site, free and clear including the monthly hosting unless they want to move the site off Hostgator.

Nobody loses...I will help the other 4 get ranked and promote them on Facebook with a matching App and then we split the profit 50/50 when they start making money or flip them - whatever they decide.

So.l..what do you guys think of that idea?

I retired in 2005 at 43 and now I give away websites like these for FREE [hosting excluded]

When you make at least $100+ per month, we split the profit 80/20 and YOU get the 80% Until then, you keep 100% and I'll help you drive traffic, get backlinks and put the domain in your name too!

I agree. Pretty much any HTML program will make it a lot easier to read and use.

I was mostly being a smartass, but not entirely.

Lol, went right over my head.

          Still, Notepad++ works decent.

Yeah. WP +plugins? Cheap? Fast? Easy?

            That's crazy.

Nothing is as easy, faster, and cheaper, than coding yourself.

I have a basic structure using html and php.
            Makes updating a breeze.

I use blogger for blogs. Talk about free, easy and NO PLUG INS needed!

If you really need a CMS, there are sooooooooooooooooooooooo many
more that are sooooooooooooooooooooo much better than WP.

I like WordPress, it really gives you some great options for plugins and added support for SEO. Also the way WordPress manages content is always a bonus.

I have also had pretty good luck with other web builders like Weebly and Webs. If you know how to SEO you can have pretty good luck with any website builder.

      Good Luck!

But Paul, with respect many people do not have your knowledge of HTML, as a general comment, I would just say go with Wordpress if you know nothing.

A website builder is not really related to SEO, except maybe in the way it structures links between pages or the filenames of pages.

Website builder = builds the template of the website.

SEO = the content that goes within the template, for the most part.
