Adsense Revenue Sharing Script

I'm looking for a PHP blog/article site script that allows multiple authors and has an adsense revenue share feature.
I know wordpress gets me part of the way there but I specifically need it to:
- Allow me to give the authors 100% of the adsense share or 80%. I will likely give the authors 100% but I'd like the flexibility to adjust that down the road. Or perhaps start out with 80% then move good performers up to 100%.
- I'd like for the author signup not to look like wordpress. Hence me not wanting to just go with wordpress.
Anyone know of any scripts like that? I'm talking about something like infobarrel or hub pages. Paid or free doesn't matter. I can pay up to mid to high $xxx for it.
If I don't find a premade one that I can modify I'll go ahead and see if I can get it done custom, but I'd prefer not to go through the whole hiring a programmer and waiting weeks in the hopes that they actually deliver.
