    There are huge, authoritative forums that do worse.

    Me? I'd never chance it. Google does seem to treat smaller
    adsense users and partners differently.

    First of all you are working with a high cost per click niche, so that's good. Again sexual attachment or pornography is totally different from the way you are creating awareness for others as sexual awareness. You can't say it pornography. So, you can continue it.
