Builiding a photoblog with funny pictures is adsense friendly?

I'm building a website with funny pics, videos etc, and i need to know if adsense will accept my site. I see many of them up with ads working very well and probably they don't own any copyrights.
And i also want to know how many minimum posts i need to have before apply for ads.
My site looks like this: LOLOZAUR - Your daily dose of fun!

    Sure you can run Adsense, as long as you own the content.

    I'm sure someone will claim syndicated content, but If you just start grabbing random content from sites you don't own, your not following Adsense TOS. It only takes one pissed off webmaster to report stolen content too Adsense. You get one chance at Adsense.
