MASSIVE Amount of Spam in Serps in a Niche

I have discovered that in my niche (a few pages back in teh serps) there are TONS of sites that are scraping content.

The sites have names like http://0we.123mn.cas.pro

(I made that one up)

Most end with Pro.

These stupid sites are taking up the space in whcih my long-tail catching sites were getting traffic.

There are TONS of them.

Who makes these and how do I stop them?

    2. You won't stop the scraper sites.

      I'd also add that eventually these sites should drop down or vanish totally. Although Google has gotten a little wonky lately.
