Whats the best way to go about doing this

I have a 6 year old ecommerce web site (cube cart) has PR 3, been using it to sell products from a dropshipper.The dropshipper has informed me they are changing their terms of use and im not prepared to accept so time to move on.

My idea is to turn it into an Amazon affiliate site, it is in the home and garden niche with over a thousand products listed on it.

Now I can use the catagories structure that is there, but i will be removing all those products in the catagories pages for new products.

What effect will this have on the site and what is the best way to go about it without to much damage to the site. Is it even worth doing!

Does it have been built by wordpress?

  No it is Cube Cart, but thinking of changing it to wordpress

If You want to come on WordPress I have very Good Idea,
I will give you a affiliate theme. You just need to apply that theme and then add Product by just searching any keywords, I Develop custom theme for this if you need any sample please send me PM i will give you sample URL. Thanks
