Sounds like good 'ol Scrapebox at work, hey? Posting 1000's of the same anchor texts on one domain (check your settings).

Well, your best bet is to head over to Google Disavow tool and enter the URL of the domain. That will discredit all links though (but won't get you penalized at least).

If you are involved in black hat SEO, If I were in you, I wouldn't do that as well as using Google Webmaster tool, as google tracks all of your datas which are content in you site as well as sitemaps and so forth.

Whether you are using Webmaster Tools or not, doesn't make a bit of difference. They have the data anyhow.

    Disavow tool? What?

No don't do that, just leave it, Google will not "punish" you for leaving a legitimate comment with your link on a site with a sitewide comments widget. It just does not work that way!!!!!!!

Google have repeatidly said that if a site has more than a few backlinks to a site, they simply take into account the first 1 or 2 links and ignore the rest.

But most importantly, CHILL OUT! You sound so worried about such a silly thing.

Ah sorry didn't read that one properly, if you left ONE comment MANUALLY, there's nothing to worry about. Sorry about that.

Who cares what Ahrefs says? They are in no way affiliated with Google and are far slower at crawling the web.

chill out! there is nothing to worry about. These links will erode over time as your source site gets more layers of comments and when they start appearing over your comment. Eventually you'll only get a few handful links from that site that will stay.

As capebell already mentioned, google can distinguish site wide links and is good at weeding out all the extra links and taking account of only your original blog comment link.

Be very careful when commenting in blogs using keywords anchor text
Even if the keyword has low usage from you
The blog owner can unintentionaly screw you with "top commentators widget or plugin"

Dont worry about it you will be fine. Just move on and add more links to your website to dilute what you think will harm you.

On a side note-I dont think this will negatively affect your site.

It could be a sign to get penalized by google. That's why should have to take right step to be a safe from google.
