    Problem 1: The exams are MUCH more difficult than they used to be.

    Problem 2: You must manage at least $10,000 in clients' AdWords spend over the last 90 days, so it's not as simple as taking the tests anymore.

      The exams are very easy these days.

      Although there are a few changes regularly to the policies and exams, still majority of the questions remain the same.

      The second problem has been removed by Google so anyone can now take the exam without having to spend $10,000

      If you are a company, yes you need to spend money ($10.000)to take the exam. Individuals dont have any restrictions.

      PS: I pass adwords exam for others so if anyone is interested, let me know I can easily help.
