I only see one ad for Lerosett. I don't see any adsense ads. If they are there they are not very 'available'. BTW - very nice site.

    Thanks.

There is one ad in sidebar and another one in every post.

The reality is.. 500-600 views isn't that much for a great income.

    Ad placement is also important.

Don't expect much until you reach 100k unique views per month or more.

Ok but at the moment my income is $0-$3 a moth so that's not much for 500-600 uniques a day. So what I'm doing wrong ??

Well without going into depths just looking at the site I would re-evaluate your ad placements. Especially within each post. Testing ad placement/colors would be a good idea.

Try adding another ad or two. You're allowed three per page, so use all three of them on every page.

I was about to make a post similar to Yukon's.

I think the reason your site has 0% CTR is because the template is too cluttered. Believe it or not, a really plain, bare-bones template can be wonderful for Adsense CTR, because the less colorful things you have on your pages, the more noticeable your Adsense ads will be.

I would honestly advise a change in template. I just can't imagine getting a good CTR from your current cluttered template. Find one that is very plain, with just a few elements like a navbar, article title, article text, and Adsense embedded in the article. Leave out all the extra things like social media buttons or move them to below the fold.

In the private internet forums that I visit, the typical rule for Adsense is that a normal website will make $1/month for every unique visitor per day. So at 500 uniques per day, you should make about $500/month from Adsense alone.

I see no reason why acne treatment would be an under-performing niche for Adsense, so it really is probably a problem with your template and Ad placement. But the good news about this is that it means with a little work, the low CTR is definitely fixable.

Acne should indeed be a good niche in terms of pay per click. However, there is no rule to suggest x amount of visitors a day would get you x amount a month. It simplifies it way too much. If you are in a finance related niche you could earn $1000 a month (quite easily provided its a good site) from 500 visitors a day but in a low paying niche like entertainment, you would do well to get $100 month from 500 visitors a day assuming all other things being equal.

          Anton,

Acne niche has quite good CPC.

Regarding to you previous post. I have an option in theme to put ads whatever I want in post etc.

          BTW is HeatMap theme..

Yes, try different spots. My suggestion would be aligned alongside first paragraph either on the right or left rather than right at the very top because not all visitors like to be faced with ads rightaway before seeing any content. I have also read Google dislikes this practice as well. It may get higher CTR but it could also mean people just hit the back button. I personally do not like having ads the top before any content because it can make it look spammy.

Anyway, but I do agree you should try text only ads the one inside the content, maybe a 336 by 280.

Like the others, I agree you need a cleaner look to your site as sit looks very crammed at the moment.

I find it hard to believe that you would get 500 uniques a day and no clicks especially considering your ads are pretty well placed. Maybe you should put your ads in the files manually rather than use a plugin (if that's what you are doing) or the theme's ad placement widget. Maybe there could be an error of sort. I can' see what that would be the case since the ads are showing, but you just never know.

When did you start the site?

The site is almost 1 year old. But I have changed Theme recently (before i had same problem with no clicks) Second thing is that I have new adsense account maybe 2 months old. But this should be an issue. I'm using theme ads placement.

I know is very weird I'm getting around 75% traffic from google and no clicks... I understand low CTR but 0 is not normal.

I don't care what colour your ads are (whether it blends in or stands out in a very contrasting way, if you have 500 uniques and the ads are placed in a relatively good position, you should get at least a few clicks.

Well, maybe try putting your ads in single php file and use div align so you can embed alongside the first paragraph (on the left or right). You should be able to put the sidebar ad in the sidebar widget in a text box.

If it still doesn't work, I'd suggest opening an account with Chitika. Its a very good Adsense alternative.

Update: Just looked at a few more of your pages. I am not sure if its a good idea to have an ad right next to an image, as is the case on some of your pages. This might be against Google's terms.

The sidebar ad is actually in sidebar widget with an ad in text box. Really don't know what to do i will try to customize colors etc a little bit... but is very weird that I have 0 clicks with this traffic.

The problem with your CTR is all the clutter at the top of your page, you have way too many distractions going on at the same time.

Images & colored social icon images are distractions, your forcing the traffic to make decisions from way too many options.

Move all images below the fold, move any social icons that have colors that stand out below the fold to the bottom of the content/article. Nobody will share a page/content they haven't read. Think like your traffic thinks, read content left to right, top to bottom.

Notice I have a line above/below separating the Adsense Ad from the title/content.

I would run the layout below for two weeks, then split test that header image/logo, add/remove the image of the girl, leave the logo font/text the exact same on all split test. Try & keep the traffic volume the same/similar while split testing.

Notice I only have 1 Adsense block, usually you'll have 1 Ad block that outperforms all the other Ad blocks on the same page. Usually the top/left, top/center are the sweet spots for improving CTR.

On my sites/pages text Ads have always out performed image Ads, test that later on in your 2nd month of testing, test each new thing in 2 week intervals.

Again, don't give the traffic too many options/distractions. Things that have multiple colors are the worst types of distractions, well, that & unnecessary links.

    Try this layout:

I agree this is a good option but definitely test both.....I ran this ad-block (336x280) like this and I was crushing it. Because of ad blindness I would adjust the color of the ad-block to compliment your site. On my site I changed the titles & text to a dark gray and the url's to a dark blue to match the rest of my site which improved my CTR roughly 10%.

You might also want to consider this content/Ad layout for split testing, that's the clasic AD roadblock.

Use google adwords recommended ad sizes. Use text as well as image / media ads. Place the max number of ads on each page in the most profitable places. Lower your bounce rate so that people stay on your site longer.

In first place, you don't have any ads on your home page. This is a first error. Make a static homepage, rather than homepage with post excerpts.
Put an ad like Yukon show you above. Eventually you can put one more at the bottom of the post. Use Quick Adsense plugin.

Agree, that the most easy way to convert or put a big word of discount of your product at sidebar follow immediately by adsense ads and your product. Usually I can get 3% CTR.

Same theme does not mean same CTR%,just because its different niche and CTR with vary from one niche to another thats why OP must be split testing what works best

I have created websites that don't get nearly that amount of visits (50 unique visits) and I made $5 per day and I wasn't focusing on adsense.

Check your website to ensure your haven't be hacking and some one has hijack your earnings. Also make sure you're not use the old adsense account ad codes.

Why not test out the ctr adsense theme?

It may also be worth you testing infolinks tag ad units and search ad units.

    View Tag Ad Examples

Infolinks tag units look much less intrusive then their intext ads.

IMO Infolinks is one of the worst user experiences you could have, nothing more irritating than 10 popups every time you move your cursor around the page.

A single Adsense Ad in the hot spot will go a long way.

That is why in my opinion infolinks should get rid of their intext ads and keep their tag ads which I think are non intrusive.

Just FYI Webdeep - Your FB Widget isn´t working on the right hand column...

I had a lack of clicks happening with Adsense too, and when I stuck Amazon there too it was just the same... Some sites just don´t seem to get clicks, some do...Wish I could have pinpointed it because they had a really good potential for a highish PPC - I gave up on that in the end (as it was only a sideline anyway), and put a yearly paying ad there.

OK first of all your site needs some cleaning up.
    But tht doesnt matter.
the reason you are not getting any clicks from your ads is, the ads are not visible!!!!
Try changing the color of your ads! A total contrast so it will stand out!
Make it visible so that everyone can see it.

and by the way you are not allowed to have more than 3 adsense ads on a page.
    its against their TOS

i would recommend you to remove the bottom ad in all those post.
I would also recommend you to change the color of the ads on the side of the page.
You can try changing the layout as well.

I´m guessing he was trying to merge the ads with the content so there would be random clicks. Is that why you weren´t making them stand out?

I think the page could do with an image, if only in the header, not sure that will add to clicks of course, just saying.
