What Is The Ideal description length For Social Bookmarking And Directriy Submisssions ?

Hey Warriors , If we are doing social book marking and directory submission for any website , then what should be the ideal length decription and title we have to put in to that social bookmarking and directory sites .

Is it same like meta description length ( 154 characters ) and meta title (64 To 71 characters) and if it same like that , if we exceed the length of description by adding some characters wherever needed Is it seems good in terms of Google and SEO or will google penalise for long descriptions in case of submitting in to social bookmarking and directory sites .

Please put a light on that .

    In social bookmarking the title is used as the anchor text. Almost all the social bookmarking sites do not accept the titles under 10 charaters.The description can be 2 or 3 sentences OR you can use as alrge as ppossible.

    In social bookmarking you must following :
    - Title : no longer than 50 characters or 10 words
    - Tag : no longer than 40 characters or you need to add more tags you need to put them in spinable format {tag1|tag2|tag3....}
    - Description : must longer than 30 words
