AdWords Remarketing not creating list - please help

Hi warriors,
A little help would be greatly appriciated. I am attempting to start using Google AdWords remarketing for a website I work on. I have placed the code given from the default tag AdWords Creates for you within the header of the website, just inside the body tag, however, after 2 days of letting it run my main list (within the remarketing section of adwords) shows it only has 1 member but there have been 202 visitors to the website.
Can somebody look at the code on the website and see if you notice any problems with it? The website is: www.thewooddoctor.com
I have also attached a screenshot which shows my AdWords account for how I have my audiences setup. Each of the rule-based audience lists is for a landing page ads are being run to.
Please advise me on what you think might be causing my problems. Thank you so so much for you time.
