How can i Generate Traffic

You are doin' SEO for two years and you don't know how to generate traffic?

This is kind of an odd question to me.

Hi,

When you've optimized your site itself, look for forums about your topic and post on them, with a reference to your site in the pay off. Write blogs about the subject, pointing at your site. Write some articles (or have them written) and post them on the various article sites, with small variations in the title and the content. Set up a Twitter account under the name of your site, follow lots of people who share the same interest and when they follow you too, send them a welcome note referring to your site. Do the same sort of thing with Facebook, MySpace, Hubpages etc. Write a few Squidoo lenses about your topic, always with referral to your site. And when you've got some money to spare, run a few PPC campaigns with highly focused keywords.

And so on: getting traffic is not that difficult, but it requires some work.

You can generate traffic by making a blog commenting with your link, forums, and do PPC but be sure that you hit what the searchers are looking for. And don't just stop with one way to generate traffic. Or if you do switching IP then it could generate you more traffic.

Getting traffic is a tough business.

There are no easy solutions. However, there are plenty of options.

Really it comes down to a couple of things.

1. You can buy it.
There are plenty of ways to buy it.

PTC - Paid To Click, Adwords, Links farms - you name it - there are plenty of traffic sites out there willing to sell you some traffic quick smart. However, the majorit of it is untargeted or expensive and complicated to set up and monitor.

2. You can generate it yourself for free.
There are lots of ways to generate traffic for free. You could - write articles, post comments on blogs, optimize your site for SEO.

Generating traffic through SEO is certainly a great way to go.

Have you created lots of backlinks with anchor text to the site?
Have you set your site up in a silo configuration?
Have you added new content daily?
Is the site indexed in Google?
Do you have a site map?
Have you labelled each page correctly - using keywords you want to target?

These are just some of the ways to get more traffic through SEO.

Why dont you go for hireing a free laner for this work??He will increase the contents on your site and will help in increase the post and new threads of ur site or forum...And this will lead to the increase in the traffic...

It appears really funny, With 2 years of experience you are the SEO Master and you should be i a position to command SEO.

Any Way, Try Conversion and Domination process for More web traffic.
And also try Social Networking and promote sites on social networking sites.

you can generate traffic from article posting, forum and press release posting and blog posting is more effective to generate more traffic.

They is a simple way to generate traffic, try using slideshare.net and you will get a lot of free traffic as what i did. Since putting my articles in these 2 site i manage to get traffic to my site.

But don't necessarily put the URL in you signature straight away, especially if you are pointing to a commercial site. To some webmasters/forum owners/bloggers this is like a red rag to a bull and they'll ban you immediately.

The best bet is to post a few times without a URL in the sig, get a feel for the forum and its rules, and then quietly add the URL to your sig. It might be a good idea to have a text only or picture sig (if allowed) first too.
