I would like to know how to make a PHPBB forum SEO friendly

Currently the url are not what i want

    A PHPbb forum just sits inside whatever directory you create for it, so the URL will be whatever you want. I'm not sure I understand your question - can you be more specific?

    Use forum plugins! phpBB has many different plugins that will assist you in achieving your perfect SEO combination. Or if you are interested, you may want to try and switch to vBulletin. Even though it's a bit pricey, it will most definitely give you the best results. But if you do not want to switch and still wishes to use phpBB, try using phpBB seo plugins such as SEO-MOD or so.     I also own phpbb forum too KuperForum.com A Webmaster Community Forum • Index page i know a mod https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=543997 that makes url seo friendly but i don't have planned use it because in future i want to shift to vbulletin which i think will cause problem.

    I tried to make a blog using phpbb myself, but after some days I understand the time I am spending for the creation is huge and then I hired a person from Odesk who created the blog on my behalf. I used my time on my main IM business and make profit and paid the Odesk contractor. Thus my blog was created, didn't need to learn phpbb myself and both me & the contractor was happy.

    Although this is little off topic but I recommend you to go for an alternate (like vBulletin) as even if you mange to convert the URLs to SEO friendly, there may not be enough plugins available for phpBB to stop spam in future.
