    Hold on..

You're sending Adwords traffic to an Adsense site??

If so, yep.. it probably won't be long before you lose your Adsense, and possibly Adwords.. lol

I don't see OP mentioning Adwords? Maybe s/he did a post edit?

OP it's not uncommon to have a high CTR, just depends on the traffic/Ads & traffic volume.

Two unique traffic with 1 Adsense click is 50% CTR. Just saying.

Or maybe I just misread the post & got mixed up. lol

I coulda swore it sounded like he was driving his traffic using Adwords.. hm..

    Either way, carry on!

As long as your not obviously trying to get the traffic to click an Ad, you should be good to go. By obvious I mean things like having text that reads click my Ad, images suggesting to click an Ad, etc...

I assume you have legit traffic sources & useful site.

I don't use any of this tricks to get peoples click on ads.

i have 2 adsense units on the posts 1st unit under the post title on the right side and the 2nd unit inside the post between paragraphs
    Note:
some times the 2nd unit may appear above or under image is that legal to have ads above or under image?

That's fine as long as it's easy to know the image & Ad aren't the same things. Make sure to separate the Ads from the content, even a simple horizontal/vertical line with some space between them would help.

Google doesn't like the traffic being tricked into clicking anything, not saying your doing that, just pointing that out that your Ads should be seen as Ads, not content.

Google will not ban you based on your CTR however your CTR will raise a red flag and cause a manual review. What gets you banned is during the manual review the person doing it found something in error on your site and removed it from the Adsense Program.

Nope, you can say good bye to your remaining balance too.
Also if you do an appeal that they banned you and it was not your mistake then also nothing gonna happen.
Once you are banned means BANNED.

    CTC totally depends on visitors.
if a visitor comes from the USA and hit on your ad you will earn much more as compare to a visitor from india.
    So
My advise to you is target US audience if you really want to earn handsome amount with adsense.
