Accurate Backlink Count?

Is there a way to get an accurate backlink count on the net.. I was just on Alexa
and its saying my site has a Global Ranking of 665,386 and USA ranking of 138,952.... and for "reputation" it says 143.. is "reputation" supposed to be backlinks?

If i go on google webmaster tools.. it says for Links to your site: Total links 23,363.... but thats just what google see's right??

No, you'll never be able to track 100% of the backlinks.

I am using yahoo to get my backlinks counted - i thing they are showing all of them. As far as I tested.

  where on yahoo do you check at? i havent used yahoo much other than submitting URL's and sitemaps...

You could never know the exact amount, and there will always be differences between other services that show you these.
