Looking for good SEO theme for wordpress

Can somebody suggest me a good theme for wordpress.I'm new to wordpress.I know basic things like how to install wordpress, how to make a blog, but I need a good ranking also.I know that if I use a good theme and plugin that can help me.

Are paid themes better than free?Should I pay for themes?If so, could you please suggest me something cheap and good for SEO.

Also one think , I don't like about blogs.When we create new post, it appear at the top of the main page.I don't like this.I want to create one post, that will always appear when someone type my domain.How can I do that?

    try free themes, these is good, there are less free themes in word press, which you can customize, try it once. it may help

    I've already installed wordpress on my domain.To be honest with you I'm so confused in choosing the right theme for me.My question is can I start blogging with my normal theme and after several weeks (or days) when I decide what to use to change the theme?Will that affect my ranking?

If you have some specific requirement, then there are some premium themes which do a lot of your work and your website can be ready in no time. For that, you need to buy based on your need.
