Guys, all of us know that that if you build a site, you should make these slightly different in order to make your site natural:

title
link in main menu
h1
name of the page

But when you create a blog (in wordpress for example) all of them are the same by default. What will be better to change and make them natural or to leave them the same by default.I've seen a lot of blogs that ranks good and use the same values for all of these? But is that natural?

What would you suggest me?

On-Site optimization is not wrong per se.
