How to fight these spammy Amazon sites!?

When it comes to Amazon affiliate sites, I noticed that spammy wordpress, blogspot, and even ones with the bought domains are outranking the sites with quality content. This is kinda killing my belief that quality content is all that matters, they just make a post with affiliate link and copied specifications, and spam thousands backlinks to it, and I am talking about 10-20-30 thousands of links..and on the other side, people who really give their best to write quality review to help the readers stay on the pages 2-3-4...Does anyone have any idea how to fight these things? I actually found some sites from top Amazon people here on the forum, and saw they have similar problems, not with all posts, but enough to be worried :/

Once your domain reaches an authority threshold, the autoblog sites will stop outranking you. Until then, just report them. I've found that wordpress & blogspot usually delete sites within 24-hours.

Just got back from a #BrightonSEO. I was given room 404 in the hotel I stayed at. Couldn’t find it anywhere!

They are like dominating the first pages, do anyone think reporting them to the Amazon would work?

As you see you self, content in product niche review sites doesn't really matter.

    1) People are not sharing/liking/tweeting about much, google knows it or at least that how algo sees it. So the person who gets more backlinks ranks better.

    2) Stop thinking that content it self will get you any where. When you buy a car,you must fill up a tank to get from point A to B. That might bad example, but you get the point.

You'll never consistently rank a page of your own trying to nark out competition pages.

Build quality external links & decent on-page links/SEO.

What do you mean "quality" content? They're promoting
amazon.com products. Where does quality come into
play? What's the difference between the amazon.com
product page, which is copied content in and of itself,
and some joker's amazon affiliate page? Nothing.

Why would you report them to amazon? For being
      successful?!?!?! At promoting THEIR products?!?!?!

You people keep mixing up quality, unique, google, amazon,
garbage, trash, silk purses, sow's ears...

My best amazon affiliate page has nothing but amazon
pics, titles, and links. So sue me.

If you were disappointed in your results today, lower your standards tomorrow.

This. But I still build my Amazon sites with 700-1,000 word unique posts - plainly and simply because I don't want to get hit not now, or in the future. I see the autoblogs dropping out of the SERPs within 3-days. They are short-lived. I prefer to build a business.
