We all know you can put AdSense on any site, but what sort of niches are going to get clicks?

You have your MMO, build muscle, health, etc niches, but what else do you think someone would be interested in an AdSense ad for?

I'm looking for some obscure niches that can receive lots of traffic.

Why not just use Google's Keyword tool and Traffic Estimator? This will tell you what searches are getting the most traffic, how much your cost per click will be, daily clicks etc.

Google will give you all the information you need!

    Ask yourself:

What cost a lot of money (education, health, etc...?
What are people forced to buy (insurance, homes, apartments, etc...)?
What makes people happy (hobbies, vacation, etc...)?

Most people who use adsense crash and burn and even more people who build sites just for adsense do even worse. Build a site around something you are either interested in or can become interested not just based on niche keyword results. It helps immensely with building return traffic and conversions

If I didn't know better I would conclude you were directing people to make sites just for their adsense money making abilities which would be the same as encouraging MFAs. Who woulda thunk?

I'm not intending to build a site simply for AdSense. But if I come across a highly profitable niche that I'm way too passionate about, I'd like to see someone stop me.

Personally I don't think MMO is a good adsense niche but rather a good affiliate niche.

Like others have mentioned, if you are writing for the site and will be spending your time on it. It is better to focus on a niche that you find interesting rather than just a adsense site because.

Any niche that focuses on a need is good for adsense, and we as people have so many needs that it would be difficult to list all the types of topics you can cover.

Keep in mind you don't necessarily have to be in a niche (entire site) in order to try & get specific higher paying Ads.

You could be interested in muscle cars as a niche (Camaro, Mustang, etc...), then mention how expensive car insurance is for a muscle car.

You could have a series of pages that list the top 5 most expensive muscle cars to insure (auto insurance).

You could mention how you know a guy that knows a guy who has mesothelioma & he's looking for a lawyer because the asbestos brake dust on his vintage Camaro gave him cancer. Hope that never happens, just saying.

That's two of the highest paying niches, without even being in the niche (entire site).

You want Ads for education, guess what, your buddy that knows a guy is going to Lincoln Tech automotive school so he can start-up a new garage for muscle cars.

    Get creative, keep it realistic...

Just go over to flippa.com and look at the sites that sold. Look at the monthly earnings, and their top keywords. This would help you to know what you need to build.

That's ok If you know how to weed out all the liars on flippa.

Also, a lot of those sold sites don't even exist anymore, that's crazy stuff considering I've seen folks pay out high prices (ex: $25K) & the sites are DOA.

Every niche gets clicks if done right. High paying niches won't get clicks if
    not done right.

Forget about "getting clicks." Focus on creating a site that attracts
visitors. Regardless of niche, you can make money.

Find a subject you know, want to know, and can nurture and
    grow it into something.

The CPC is different on every site. Not just niche. You will join
the rest of the fail threads if you think it's some get rich scheme.

Making a site for a high CPC only, is a dumb idea.

Getting an adsense click is a mixture of everything done right.
Adwords users will target your site and pay more than search if
    done right.

Forget about niche and create a site you will love to create and
have the time to keep up.

In reality, there are no high paying niches that get clicks. There
are only websites that get high paying, consistent clicks.

      This is awesome advice.

However, I would add that you should look for profitable niches...even if you're not especially interested in the subject.

And for God sakes monetize for something other than Adsense whenever possible...you'll usually make a lot more with CPA, your own product or even certain CB products in my experience.
