hi warrior, Due to numerous change by google on search alogrithim,to my findings, i can still see some sites rank number 1 on google for just two or three keywords and they are not authority site per say (if you doubt what i said you can google search for "juicer reviews"). so i want to ask that to rank number 1 on google search result for some targeted keywords, what are the best and proven link building tactics after penguin updates that i can implement for my sites in order to get good results. Thanks

You need high authority backlinks in order to safely and securely rank.

I would advise you to check out this blog (it's not my blog) for some backlinking strategies.

You need high quality backlinks that really get indexed and bookmarking.

There's no particular new way discovered yet to beat any search engine's algorithm. Be consistent with whatever seo strategy you choose.

Backlinks and proper on-page optimization.

However, the most important part, and something that far too many people overlook, is properly analyzing your competition. How much time and effort will you need to invest to (hopefully) rank #1.
