What do you think guys?Is there a difference how we get links from forums?

1.Is there a difference if we get links from signature or in the post body, or only on our profiles?

2.Does Google pay attention to how many posts have the poster?I mean if I get a link from a profile with one single post vs a link from a profile that have thousands of posts ...?

    Well if you build links in forums just for the sake of getting backlinks then it's just a waste of time, links on forums are great for getting traffic (only if your links contribute to the discussion and are helpful to other members) so don't bother trying to get backlinks from forums for SEO...
