What plugins to use for wordpress

Please give me suggestions what plugins should I use for my wordpress blog.Here is what I plan to use:

- Seo all in one
- socialble
- google plus followers
- google sitemap
- suggest me something that will increase the speed of loading my blog (is there anything that can help)

What else, ... please suggest me.

Best way to increase the speed of your site is to install a caching plugin such as W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache or QuickCache.

Next step is to remove all the plugins you don't need.

Thanks for that suggestion?Is that all I need.Should I buy better hosting, or it is only up to these kind of plugins?
