Look at the moment after EMD, i believe to have any word is fine. You need to get authority for your site to rank. If you are going to resell the site then its fine but if this is going to be one of your main business then i suggest you to get short domain which you can make brand. Just check the big sites. SEDO,GODADDY etc...they dont have any word like domain or website in their domain so i think its best to have brand in your domain instead of having the word....

There is also one possibility that once you have site ready you can have urls like domain.com/domainsforsale so your url have your keyword which is fine for google...

Well I dont agree that EMD is dead just because THEY say so. I wasnt asking about my name but the keywords, as it puzzles me. I am not sure how a small business owner would search and get the desired results.
