the problem is that i have for example in less than 30 minutes, more than 50 hits (visits) on the wp-admin/admin-ajax.php file.
I got a warning from my web host that the /public_html/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is causing high resource usage.
what i can do ? i need to resolve.
