Is my landing page ready for Adwords?

My goal is to prepare my landing page for Google Adwords because I believe this is the easiest way to push a large amount of traffic (although at a cost).

Can you take a look at my landing page and let me know what you think? I just built it: Learn That Language Now

Any other advice is appreciated, as well.

    I feel bad saying this, but I'm not liking the headline at all. It just reminded my of how crappy it was to learn a language, and turned me off (and I've recently entertained the idea of learning another language!).

    "converse with native speakers"??? That sounds very 'stuffy' and dry..

    Make sure the keywords that you are using in your Adwords ads are showing up prominently on the landing page. These should be one of the first things a visitor sees when they get there. Most of the time, when people reach a landing page that does not contain the text they saw in the ad copy, they leave.

    I would remove most of what you have between the point where users have to scroll and the action you want them to perform (which I assume is to click the “add to cart” button. People get anxiety when they have to read a lot of text. You need to place the action you want users to perform above the fold and make it easy for them to perform that action. Things like tons of text, ambiguous forms and buttons, and things like that cause visitors to bounce. Make it simple, easy and relevant to your ad.

    I would be most worried about your chances of getting this LP approved. I think I can safely assume you'll be targeting buyer keywords, right? Those are transactional keywords. There's also informational and navigational keywords. And if you get a manual LP review, the first thing they ask themselves with transactional keywords is "does this LP only exist to sell something?"... and if yes... then they go on to ask "does this LP provide more value than the pure ability to buy something?" So in that case they'll be looking for things like how to's and articles about your topic, which would be valuable to the searcher.

    Mind you, this is only for manual reviews. And you won't know if you get a manual review until you hit submit.

    However, I only mention the possibility of a manual LP review because I don't see a dominant keyword here on the page. And one way that I can normally avoid manual LP review is with REALLY good keyword relevancy. So I might suggest narrowing down the exact keyword you are targeting before you hit submit

    I would have done it in following order

    Your pricing table looks cluttered too , design it a bit better. Altogether make the landing page 50% shorter.

      Hey Robbie,

      Just my opinion on the sales copy portion of the landing page:

      1. Not enough graphics/images above the fold.... Plain text looks like too much work to read..
      2. No clear headline that captures the benefit offered on the page.. (As in, when I land on the page, I've got no idea why I should go through the effort of reading it) Maybe something like an attention grabbing headline : "Language Newbie Discovers The Secrets Of Rapid Language Learning" "Discover How To Double, Triple, or even Quadruple, Your Language Learning Speed"
      3. Break text up with more headlines and sub-headlines in an easy to read text..

      People won't sit down to read a long block of text right away, what they'll do is read through the headings in the text, and then read the paragraph under the headings they're interested in...

      If you can make each heading attention grabbing and interesting, the visitor will more likely read through more of you copy and thus be more likely to purchase.

      Once again, just my thoughts..

    Thanks for all the help and advice so far! I did a major overhaul last night and took all your suggestions into careful consideration.

    I also framed it within my blog page, so that hopefully when I run adwords, it will be approved.

    Google also checks for "ease of navigation", I can't find any links to other pages of your website. How about including them?
