Say you bought a domain name or a website and you wanted to run adsense on it but its banned. Will adsense ban you automatically if you try to run ads on the website or do banned domain names still have a chance?

    That happens a lot. I'm not to big into adsense but coming from a business point of view I would assume that if you wait a bit and have a different hosting account and a new site then they won't mind.

    I'd say ask the adsense people but you'd be better off trying to win the lottery than trying to get a strait answer out of them lol.

      @goodfella22,
      I can tell you from direct experience. I owned 6 websites on adsense and the account was banned for no real reason, as what happens seemingly often with Google. I signed up for new account using a fresh website, then used the same websites on the new account no worries.

      However make damn sure you have different ip, address, business name, email etc. and you're not trying to use a PLR or bodgey affiliate website which has duplicate content on the net (check with Copyscape Plagiarism Checker - Duplicate Content Detection Software) or you will run into trouble.

      Personally I recommend you sign up to Yahoo Publisher Network and flick adsense. Yahoo pay more and have superb customer service - You can even get your questions answered by a real person on the fone (Yes, they even help you with your websites)

    The domain can have a chance but is always at risk of getting banned. I just read a blog a few days age. The writer said that when he was banned, he made another account with a different home address and everything different. Now, he claimed that he was running adsense in the same blog which I was reading. I then noticed that the blog had no adsense ads at all. When I checked the source code, it had adsense code in it but the ads were not showing. I tried to reload, but no ads could be seen. I noticed that the post was made "3 months ago". That implies that you will get banned sooner or later IF YOUR WEBSITE GOES AGAINST ADSENSE POLICIES
